So easy to use!!
A long time ago I read somewhere that American Indians say that one must when learning something new perform the activity 28 times for it to stay in our mind. Well my electric Presto 02160 6-quart pressure cooker arrived just a few days ago and Ive successfully used it for two stew recipes and have only 26 more times to go before I can consider myself an expert with this pc. My first effort consisted of cooking boneless skinless chicken thighs stewed with carrots and broth. The meal was excellent and took only six minutes to cook subsequent to browning the poultry in a small bit of cooking oil in the pc. Normally this recipe would take five hours in my slow cooker.

My second effort also involved poultry which we love as you can guess but this time it was in the form of skinless boneless chicken breasts first browned in oil in the pc and pressure cooked with veggies and broth [and noodles at the end] for a delicious chicken noodle soup. I love my new Presto Pressure cooker. Many years ago my dad gave my mother a Presto Pressure Cooker. At First she was deathly afraid of using it. She thought it. Once she started using it there were no problems. I especially like to cook with it. The rice pudding recipe in the recipe book (included) works and tastes so good.
